We’re delighted to announce our new Community Reporters project that empowers young people to inspire others during lockdown.
Funded by the Social Switch Project, a team of young people (aged 11-18) from Barnet will run a campaign to highlight the positive things local people are doing despite being in lockdown. This narrative switch will help fuel community togethernes and resilience.
Through June - July, young people will carry out a range of activities such as producing inspiring articles and a campaign video. Weekly sessions will be held to faciliate sharing of ideas and support young people to develop life skills including researching, writing, interpersonal and presentation skills.
